Content block: Drawing

The drawing task type can be used in two ways: either for drawing a computer-graded line or for making a non-computer-graded drawing. The choice between these two ways is made by the task creator in the checkbox 'Computer-graded line.'

For a computer-graded line, the drawing content block includes an assessment matrix where shapes can be described. To draw a shape, the drawing tools specified by the task creator can be used, which include shape types: polyline, line, ray, and/or freehand. The task creator adds a row to the assessment matrix and draws the graded line or shape in the correct place on the background image. For each line, a tolerance level is given, which is the maximum allowed distance in pixels between the line drawn by the solver and the line described in the assessment matrix. The line drawn by the solver must not exceed the tolerance level specified by the task creator for the line.

In the case of a ray, its starting point and direction are checked.
The task creator can also allow the solver to choose the lines (Task 2).

To start drawing, click on the starting point of the line on the image with the mouse and move the mouse in the desired direction on the background image, then click at the endpoint of the line. For a polyline, click at the vertices where the line direction should change, and then continue moving the mouse in the direction of the line. To finish drawing the polyline, double-click with the mouse.

Task 1. Look at the example and create a food web between the living organisms in the picture. To do this, draw arrows between the circles in the picture so that the direction of the arrow points from the organism that is being eaten to the organism that eats it.

Example.

First, click on the circle of the organism that is being eaten, then click on the circle of the organism that eats it.

Task 2. The figure shows a right triangle. Draw a right triangle similar to the first next to it. One side of the triangle and the position of the right angle are given.

If you choose a polyline, click on the starting point of the line and at the corners of the triangle with the mouse. To finish drawing, double-click with the mouse. When selecting a line, click at the start and end points of the line.

Find the similarity ratio between the first and second triangle.

The similarity ratio is .
